1.Listen to the podcast ‘E58 – Introduction to arbitration’ above on either YouTube or Spotify. This podcast includes parts from this module that you have studied.
2. If you need to, you may want to listen while following with the E58_Transcript and vocabulary.pdf
3. On YouTube, you can change the playback speed to make the video faster or slower, click on ‘Settings‘ and ‘Playback Speed‘.

UPDATE: Note that the podcast mentions the origins of arbitration. Arbitration dates back much longer. As the oldest form of alternative dispute resolution, or ADR, arbitration dates back to ancient civilisations. However, its modern international framework was forged in the late 18th century to resolve diplomatic conflicts between the British and the Americans following the American Revolutionary War. Note that some links mentioned in the podcast may no longer work (e.g. social media and affiliate links).
