Definition: The unjust or prejudicial treatment of people especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex which is unlawful in England and Wales under the Equality Act 2010. This can take the form of bullying and harassment, which means unwanted behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated, degraded, humiliated or offended.
Example: I deal with workplace disputes, especially those involving discrimination.
